This LeeLock Magnum Skeg #LMS-02 fits most Minn Kota motors that have an existing fin/skeg built in on the front of the motor (see Magnum Skeg #LMS-01 for other Minn Kota motors and Magnum Skeg #LMS-03 for MotorGuide motors). The use of bow-mounted trolling motors for salmon trolling is a game-changer. This Skeg will improve the performance and straight line travel of your trolling motor. In addition, your batteries will run longer on a single charge.
This oversized Skeg is made of anodized 5052 aluminum. The anodization keeps the aluminum from corroding in fresh and salt water. The size is 8 3/4 inches high by 9 inches wide and it’s 3/16 inches thick. It comes with clear PVC coated stainless steel hose clamps.
