This LeeLock Magnum Skeg #LMS-02 fits most Minn Kota motors with an existing skeg (fin) on the front of the motor (see Magnum Skeg #LMS-01 for Minn Kota motors with the skeg (fin) on the back of the motor, Magnum Skeg #LMS-03 for MotorGuide motors and Magnum Skeg #LMS-04 for the Quest series of Minn Kota motors). The use of bow-mounted trolling motors for salmon trolling is a game-changer. This Skeg will improve the performance and straight-line travel of your trolling motor. In addition, your batteries will run longer on a single charge.
This oversized Skeg is made of 5052 anodized aluminum. Anodization prevents corrosion in both fresh and salt water.
The size is 8 3/4 inches high by 9 inches wide and it’s 3/16 inches thick. It comes with clear PVC coated stainless steel hose clamps.
