The LeeLock Magnum Skeg #LMS-03 is exceptional at improving the performance and straight-line travel of your MotorGuide Xi5 bow-mounted electric trolling motors (see Magnum Skeg #LMS-01 for Minn Kota motors built with the original skeg (fin) in the back of the motor, Magnum Skeg #LMS-02 for Minn Kota motors built with the original skeg (fin) in the front of the motor and Magnum Skeg #LMS-04 for the Quest series of Minn Kota motors). In the majority of trips out, it adds to the length of time your batteries will run on a single charge.
This oversized Skeg is made of 5052 aluminum. The size is 8 1/2 inches high by 10 inches wide and it’s 3/16 inches thick. It comes with clear PVC coated stainless steel hose clamps.
